Lo que era un rumor desde hace tiempo parece que está cada vez más cerca de convertirse en realidad: la marca californiana Patagonia va a abrir su primera tienda de surf de Europa en Donosti, y están buscando a gente para trabajar en ella. Además la tienda se encontrará en primera línea de la playa de la Zurriola, así que el que no habrá excusas para no pegarse un chapuzón antes de entrar a trabajar!! Patagonia is proud to announce the opening of its first European surf store in San Sebastian, Spain. The retail store will offer the brand's entire surf range, including its famous Merino wool-lined wetsuits, FCD Surfboards and its alpine and outdoor apparel. For the store we are looking for:

Retail Store Manager

San Sebastian (Spain)

Your goal will be to lead the store in accordance with the company’s business objectives. Reporting to the European Retail Manager, you are responsible for the San Sebastian store’s daily management. You are able to manage, motivate and inspire your team and provide top-notch customer service.  You ensure the store meets its expense and profit goals, as well as maintains the values of the company. You will be supported by the European Head office team, which is located in Annecy le Vieux, France.

Requirements:

- Lifelong surfer

- EU Citizen or in possession of EU work visa

- Fluency in Spanish and English, other languages are highly valued

- At least 5 years of retail experience with good management skills and computer systems knowledge

- You are a natural leader with great people skills

- Demonstrate strong passion for surfing, outdoor sport, and a commitment to the environment

Assistant Retail Store Manager

San Sebastian (Spain)

Your goal will be to assist in ensuring the store meets the company’s business objectives. Reporting to the San Sebastian Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s daily management. You are able to manage, motivate and inspire your team and provide top-notch customer service.  You ensure the store meets its expense and profit goals, as well as maintains the values of the company. You will be supported by the Store Manager and European Head office team, which is located in Annecy le Vieux, France.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of retail experience with good management skills and computer systems knowledge

- You are a natural leader with great people skills

Retail Sales Associate

San Sebastian (Spain)

Your goal will be to provide high-quality customer service to all customers. Reporting to the San Sebastian Store Manager, you are responsible for greeting customers, answering the phone, answering e-mails and responding to blog comments. You are able to give accurate and current information about our surf products (wetsuits, boards and apparel) as well as our alpine and outdoor product. You work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store manager to ensure the store meets its expense and profit goals, as well as maintains the values of the company. You will be supported by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and European Head office team, which is located in Annecy le Vieux, France. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

- Surfer
